Mercedes 722.9 TCM Conductor Plate Repair

After checkout, you will send us your 722.9 TCM Conductor Plate. We will inspect it, install our repair kit, perform final testing, and ship it back to you. Estimated repair time is 1-2 business days. 

You will need to have the exact TCM trouble codes before placing an order. Select the appropriate repair tier from the drop down menu.

Tier 1 Trouble Codes:

{Turbine Speed Sensor - Y3/8N1}

  • 0715 - Input/turbine speed sensor circuit malfunction
  • 0716 - Input/turbine speed sensor circuit range/performance
  • 0717 - The signal from component Y3/8N1 is not available
  • 0718 - The signal from component Y3/8N1 is defective
  • P2204 - The signal from component Y3/8N1 is not available
  • P2205 - The signal from component Y3/8N1 is defective

{Internal Speed Sensor - Y3/8N2}

  • 2766 - Excessive RPMs have occurred at component Y3/8n2
  • 2767 - The signal from component Y3/8n2 is not available
  • 2768 - Component Y3/8n2 is defective
  • P2200 - Component Y3/8n2 is not available
  • P2201 - The signal from component Y3/8n2 is defective

  • 0720 - Output speed sensor circuit malfunction

  • P2206 - The signal from component Y3/8N3 is not available
  • P2207 - The value of component Y3/8n3 is implausible

  • 0705 - Transmission range sensor circuit malfunction
  • 2214 - Transmission range sensor circuit malfunction

If you have range sensor code PO606, do not purchase repair service. This code is not repariable.

  • Y3/8Y1 - Working pressure control solenoid valve
  • Y3/8Y2 - K1 clutch control solenoid valve
  • Y3/8Y3 - K2 clutch control solenoid valve
  • Y3/8Y4 - K3 clutch control solenoid valve
  • Y3/8Y5 - B1 brake control solenoid valve
  • Y3/8Y6 - B2 brake control solenoid valve
  • Y3/8Y7 - B3 brake control solenoid valve
  • Y3/8Y8 - Torque converter lockup clutch solenoid valve

Solenoid codes are only repairable on TCMs with part numbers ending in "7332." If you have any other part number, we can not repair your module for solenoid codes. Part number is stamped on the back of the TCM and can also be viewed using a diagnostic scan tool. Solenoids and wiring harness must be tested for possible failure or short.

It is your mechanic's responsibility to pinpoint the problem to the TCM. Do not send "replacement" or "salvage yard" units, as SCN coding is required. Do not send the Valve Body itself, doing so will increase return shipping cost. If you or someone else tried to repair your module, we can evaluate and possibly repair it, but only in the case that no additional damage was created. Please note, not all modules are repairable.

After installation history trouble code/s recorded must be erased using original STAR tester or equivalent, like Auto Logic, Launch or properly updated Snap On scanner from ECM and TCM, otherwise code/s will remain in the system and keep the vehicle in "limp mode." 

After our repairs have been made, your module will be ready to install back on your vehicle, no coding or programming required.
