It is your mechanic's responsibility to pinpoint the problem to the ECU. If you or someone else tried to repair your engine computer, we can evaluate and possibly repair it, but only in the case that no additional damage was created. Please note, not all modules are repairable.
Repairs done to your module are covered by our lifetime warranty. Core return is required. Please read full warranty terms and conditions.
You will have to eliminate every possible short on the vehicle before reinstalling the repaired ECM or the computer will be damaged again. Replace your idle control valve (IACV-AAC) and throttle position sensor. Closely check the wiring harness and connector to the IACV valve. If your computer gets burned again as a result of failing to follow this warning, warranty will be voided.
After our repairs have been made, your module will be ready to install back on your vehicle, no coding or programming required.
