This module comes with a 1 year warranty. Core return is required. Please read full warranty terms and conditions.

Core must be returned within 30 days of receiving our module. Your core must be complete, no missing parts. The part number or vehicle fitment of your core must match module purchased. Only original GM modules (no aftermarket resistors) will be accepted. We will not accept cores with water, fire, or physical damage. If you or someone else previously attempted to repair the module, we will not accept it as a core. Please wait until you receive our module and confirm that it is working properly in your vehicle before returning your core. We will include return instructions and return address info in the package. Buyer is responsible for return postage.

You must replace the blower motor when you replace the fan resistor module, especially if your original issue was "fan working continuously." As the blower motor gets older, it causes high resistance and higher energy consumption, resulting in the resistor module overheating and burning out instantly. If your resistor module is damaged as a result of failing to replace the blower motor, your warranty will be voided. We do not sell the blower motor. You will need to purchase it online or through the dealership.
