It is your mechanic's responsibility to pinpoint the problem to the ECU. If you or someone else tried to repair your engine computer, we can evaluate and possibly repair it, but only in the case that no additional damage was created. Please note, not all modules are repairable.
Repairs done to your module are covered by our lifetime warranty. Please read full warranty terms and conditions.
You will have to eliminate every possible electrical short on the vehicle before resinstalling the ECU or the computer will be damaged again. Bad coils must be replaced, spark plugs, wires, injectors and head gasket tested for possible failures. IAC valve must be replaced if P0505 code present. If your computer is damaged again as a result of failing to follow these instructions, warranty will be voided.
After our repairs have been made, your module will be ready to install back on your vehicle, no coding or programming required.
