How our EXCHANGE Service works
Our Exchange Service is where you get one of our refurbished modules, in exchange for your original module (core). This requires an additional Core Deposit to be purchased, which will be refunded when we receive your core.
Simple Explanation: Purchase the exchange > We'll send you our module > Send us your core after receiving our module > You will receive a your core refund once we receive it
Detailed Explanation:
STEP 1
- Find your module listing using our drop down menu or the search bar
- Compare your module to the listing picture, part number, and list of its commonly known issues to see if they match
- If you are experiencing different issues then please contact us first via phone or email
- Our website does not process international orders
STEP 2
- Purchase the appropriate exchange service
- The Core Deposit will be automatically added to your cart
STEP 3
- We will ship out your module, either the same or next business day
- You will receive an email with tracking information as soon as your order is processed
- If your order was placed on over the weekend, holiday, or after our outgoing mail has been shipped, then your module will ship out on the next business day
- Shipping times depend on your location & the shipping service you choose
- Express Mails need signature confirmation to be delivered
STEP 4
- You will receive our module
- You will also receive paperwork along with your module: a business card, a pamphlet, a sticker with our address on it*, an order confirmation page for you to keep for your records, and a duplicate order confirmation page for you to include with your core return
- *This sticker is for convenience only, and is not a return shipping label
- Depending on the module the order confirmation page will also have the specific codes/issues it was repaired for
- Install our module into your vehicle
- Be sure that any other possible shorts are eliminated from the vehicle beforehand or it can burn the module*
- *Modules that have been damaged due to this may not be covered under warranty, please see our terms and conditions
- Some modules will be Plug-and-Play into your vehicle, but others might require special instructions before/after installation. We will include this paperwork along with your module, but the exchange listing also has this information available
- If there are no issues, then you can start the core return process, but if you are still experiencing issues after installation, then you can contact our technical support via phone or email to get additional support and to see what options are available going forward
- If your issue was misdiagnosed in the first place or you changed your mind on keeping the module for different reasons, we do accept returns minus a 20% restocking fee
- Be sure that any other possible shorts are eliminated from the vehicle beforehand or it can burn the module*
STEP 5
- Send us your core
- Purchase a shipping label with your choice of carrier
- We do not provide labels or boxes; the sticker with our address on it is not a label and is there only for convenience
- Make sure that the dimensions and packaging are correct, or it may result in extra charges and affect the core refund if we must pay for the extra shipping charges
- Pack the module well so it does not get damaged during shipping, or it will affect your core return refund
- If there are no issues with your core*, you will receive your core refund either the same or next business day, and your 1 year warranty will be activated

- Purchase a shipping label with your choice of carrier
